Located on an intersection between the bouroughs of Coughlan and Saavedra, the TETRIS housing complex is formed by a series of fitted units which show an image of simple geometric pieces, recalling the classic video game.
Thought as a group of independent housing units, private spaces were maximized and common areas minimized since each unit possesses its own private access.

Each unit varies in shape depending on its position within the group: studio, two and three bedrooms apartments; which take into account verified consumer demand, and include different building extensions which provide activities from an ‘open roof view’ and ambiguity on the ground floor areas, enabling their use as multiple spaces or garages.

Each decision made on this project intends to take advantage of the unique image provided by the dynamic position of its form, resulting in the architectural comparison to the pieces of a Tetris as a whole.
