DRDS’ Winning Entry for KNN Media Center Competition

In fall 2009, the entry by Californian firm DRDS Architecture won the first prize in the architectural design competition for the new KNN Media Center in Busan, Korea. The project, located in the new Centum City district, includes new broadcast facilities for KNN, office condominiums, retail spaces, and a museum. The winning proposal was a collaboration of DRDS with local design firm Ilshin Architects. More info and images after the break.

Maree Resort at Busan – Yazdani studio

Yazdani Studio sent us the project for the Maree Resort locate at Busan Korea, more images after the break.
The Maree Resort, meaning ocean tide, is situated on the southern coast of Korea overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The development consists of four main areas -a 25,000sm retail arcade, 170,000 sm condo towers, a 255 room five star hotel and a 35,000 sm entertainment center including a water park.
