On the ground floor, one meter (3,23 ft) higher than the street, there’s an access, garage, studio and working areas. On this level, there’s also a little pool filled with carps, from which a flight of stairs in reinforced concrete emerges, leading to the upper level, with all the house accommodations: access gallery, rooms, kitchen, verandas, office, 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The office and the third bedroom open to the upper garden at the end of the ground. There’s a solarium over the living room and kitchen, with a lawn and a wooden deck, reached by the continuation of the stairs.

A void was designed in order to diminish the strong predominance of the longitudinal over the transversal direction, where the carp pool and stairs are located, separating the building in two bodies. The volume with bedrooms (upstairs) and studio (downstairs) was painted red. Other external walls are white. The purpose was to visually enhance the house and, at same time, to harmonically insert it on the ground. External aluminum doors and windows are painted white (electrostatic epoxy).

Indoor floors have white cement plates and bookcases are made with ferro cement. All measures are controlled by the Golden Section and the entire plan looks for fluidity and continuity of spaces.
