The project recycles an old trade-union warehouse, converted into smal, 56 square meter, dobule-height dwellings. The intervention into the building is made in the patio, by cutting the floor slabs of the original stucture. The patio offers access to the dwellings on different levels by means of bridges and stairways.
It is in the community space that the dimensions of the original structure can be read.
